Position HighlightsPOSITION SUMMARY:
Works collaboratively with primary care physicians within the clinic, orthopedic surgeon and general surgeon to provide quality patient care in the outpatient setting.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
- Successful completion of certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
- Current licensure in the State of Iowa as a Physician Assistant.
- Three years’ experience in an outpatient setting required.
- Surgical experience required.
- Attain privileges for delegated medical functions.
- BLS within three months of hire.
