• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.
• Experience treating medically complex patients and providing restorative care in a long-term care setting preferred.
