We are seeking a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior while working in a flexible, part‑time environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required prior to working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

• Services provided in clients' homes or community‑based locations.
• All positions start part‑time.
• Candidates must be willing to commit to a 6‑month term.

• Education or early childhood development.
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
• After‑school programs or camp counseling.
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
• ABA therapy or experience working with individuals with autism.
• Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
• No experience? Paid training is provided.
