Job Summary

We are a home care aide services agency dedicated to helping elderly individuals remain safe and independent in their homes. We are looking for a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients, an elderly male Veteran, with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking. This long‑term position is located in Cedar Rapids, IA and requires a flexible schedule of 2 hours per week.

• Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to help maintain independence.
• Follow the agreed schedule and maintain reliable attendance.
• Communicate any changes or concerns about client care to the care team.

• Prior experience as a caregiver or in providing personal care for elderly individuals or veterans.
• Ability to perform physical assistance for bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking.
• Completed background check and willingness to undergo a TB skin test (cost covered by the agency).
• Willingness to attend a brief Zoom interview and an in‑person interview at our office.

Paid at $27 per hour: $23 per hour base plus a $4 per hour bonus if all scheduled shifts are completed in the pay period.
