Position Summary

MCMH has an opening for a full‑time Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Laboratory position. The position involves variable hours on day and evening shifts with a rotation of weekends and holidays. Previous experience with Ortho Vitros and Ortho Vision is a plus but not required. The role requires understanding and performing a variety of standardized laboratory testing procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Candidates must be Board certified or eligible.

• Operate laboratory testing equipment and perform standardized testing procedures.
• Interpret and report laboratory results accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality control standards.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory documentation and records.

• Board certification in Medical Technology or eligibility for certification.
• Experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician.
• Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, preferably Ortho Vitros and Ortho Vision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
