• Provide direct patient care in the form of bathing, feeding, dressing, and toileting residents.
• Utilize knowledge from CNA training to properly position, ambulate, transfer, and lift residents.
• Monitor resident conditions through vital signs, intake and output, and collection of specimens.
• Report any changes in physical or mental condition to nurse, either verbally or in writing.
• Promote resident self‑esteem through respecting privacy, conversing in a kind, respectful manner, and encouraging resident independence in activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active on CNA Registry.
• Completion of Adult Mandatory Reporter within 90 days of employment.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• BLS Certification.
• 1 year of experience in long term care.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care, Point of Care.
