Location: Wall Lake
Signify Health is seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors for in-home health evaluations across the United States. Candidates will conduct visits focusing on clients' overall health while operating on a flexible schedule. Ideal applicants will have relevant state licenses, and those with a Medicaid license are preferred.
Compensation is competitive, averaging $2,500 to $4,000 per week based on visits, with additional earnings available through diagnostic tests. Malpractice coverage is provided.
