• Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents, fostering a sense of trust and companionship.
• Maintaining accurate records of care and medication administration.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• 3 years of experience in caregiving, preferably in a medical or assisted living setting.
• A strong understanding of medication administration and care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative when needed.
