Patient Access Rep

Position: Patient Access Rep - Full Time - Days
Location: New Hampton

Trinity Health - 308 North Maple Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide patient focused customer service and perform outpatient and inpatient registration and insurance verification;
Prepare patient estimates and inform patients/guarantors of their liabilities and collect appropriate patient liabilities at check-in;
Enter demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information into the patient accounting system by interviewing patients/family/guarantors;
Obtain signed physician orders for tests and procedures and secure patient IDs and signatures on required forms;
Assist with auditing and securing patient valuables when needed
