Unique Rural Practice Opportunity – Sign-On/Relocation Bonus Available

Join our Obstetrics team in a unique position designed to strengthen access to rural healthcare. This role is supported through funding from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and is intended to attract experienced nurses who are relocating to and establishing residency in our rural service area. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a competitive sign-on bonus/relocation bonus in exchange for a multi-year employment commitment.

Eligibility requirements apply.

• Full-time night position in the OB Department
• Every third weekend and holiday rotation
• Primary assignment in the OB Department with the ability to float to the Med-Surg unit as needed
• Training provided for RN C-section circulator responsibilities

• Current Iowa Registered Nurse license
• NRP, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• Minimum of 12–18 months of Obstetrics nursing experience
