Emergency Room Nurse in Missouri Valley, Iowa. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a busy emergency department environment. The role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver safe and efficient care.

• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Schedule:
  
  36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid licensure;
  Certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC;
  Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience;
  Location requirements consistent with Iowa state licensure;
  Ability to pass a skills exam with a score of at least 90%;
  Valid drivers license;
  Experience in acute care and trauma settings preferred
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in a critical access hospital;
  Knowledge of EPIC charting system;
  Flexibility to float to other units including Emergency Department support
• Additional Information:
  Candidates must comply with radius rule of 50 miles; no prior full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with associated facility groups within the past year; RTO requests must be made upfront and will not be approved subsequently;
  Hospital has a level of care appropriate for acute and trauma patients;
  Team-oriented with the ability to work independently under decreased resources.
