Trinity Health - 308 North Maple Avenue - Responsibilities:
Register patients and verify insurance; enter demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information into patient accounting system;
Prepare patient estimates and inform patients/guarantors of liabilities; collect co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles, deposits, and balances at check-in;
Document payments in patient accounting system and provide payment receipts;
Obtain signed physician orders for tests and procedures; prepare patient and labels;
Obtain signatures on required forms and secure valuables as needed
