Strawberry Point Lutheran Home Community is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on care and support for senior residents in our faith-based, homelike setting. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, mobility and transfers, toileting, and hygiene; documenting care; and reporting changes in condition. CNAs will promote dignity, comfort, and safety while engaging residents in meaningful interaction.
You'll collaborate closely with nurses and care staff, support residents' spiritual and emotional needs, and help maintain a warm, respectful, resident-centered environment.
