Manage patient registration and admissions workflows across access points such as the Emergency Department and main registration;
Coordinate medical records, schedule appointments, and address insurance verification needs;
Engage directly with patients to gather and verify demographic and insurance information;
Communicate financial responsibilities and ensure data accuracy for revenue cycle management;
Maintain privacy standards and support daily access operations while improving workflow efficiency
