Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, and develop appropriate plans of care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

• Strong infection control practices to keep staff and residents safe.
• In-house therapy team offering job stability and organizational growth.
• PRN schedule flexible to fit full‑time employment schedules, with optional set schedules during vacation coverage.
• Early coverage requests are responded to by call or text.
• Continuing education opportunities available to the therapy team.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new graduates welcome.
