We are seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. The role includes direct therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families and our clinical team.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill‑building and care plans as part of a clinical team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before starting work.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

• Experience in education or early childhood development, teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
• Experience in after‑school programs or camp counseling.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism.
• Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.

• Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations.
• All positions are part‑time and require a 6‑month commitment.
• Paid training is provided for candidates without RBT certification.
