Location: Bedford
Make a Difference in a Child's Life – Behavior Technician – Bedford, IA
We are seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. The role includes direct therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families and our clinical team.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification required before starting work.
- Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Experience in education or early childhood development, teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
- Experience in after‑school programs or camp counseling.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism.
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
- Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations.
- All positions are part‑time and require a 6‑month commitment.
- Paid training is provided for candidates without RBT certification.
