Occupational Therapist (PRN)

Madrid, IA – PRN, as needed. We seek a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to help residents regain independence and enhance quality of life.

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver effective occupational therapy treatments in accordance with state practice guidelines.
• Provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients in post-acute, long-term, and transitional care settings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans and achieve positive outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals, techniques, and progress.
• Provide appropriate supervision and guidance for Occupational Therapy Assistants.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active (or eligible) Iowa Occupational Therapy license.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional judgment and problem‑solving ability.
