Prn Physical Therapist – Madrid Home, Western Home Community

Seeking an energetic, patient‑focused Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality care in our state‑of‑the‑art therapy gym. The role includes patient assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of occupational therapy assistants.

• Participate in evaluation, care‑plan development, and delivery of physical therapy treatment interventions in accordance with state practice guidelines.
• Provide appropriate supervision for occupational therapist assistants to ensure compliance with licensure, regulatory and company requirements.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on functional and measurable outcomes while adhering to professional standards of practice.

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Valid license or eligibility for licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Iowa.
• Minimum of one year of outpatient therapy experience (preferred).
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership and customer‑relationship skills.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and initiative in analyzing and solving problems.
