Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and related services to residents according to individualized care plans. The Resident Assistant works under the direction of the Healthcare Coordinator.
Certification as a Nurse’s Aide is preferred but not required. The role includes recording vital signs, assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders, while following care plans and documenting progress.
