Contract | Days | Outpatient / Inpatient Mix

• Evaluate and treat patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Iowa or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient care environments

• Prior experience in a mixed outpatient/inpatient therapy setting
• Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
