Location: Lewis
NHS Western Isles is seeking Bank Band 7 Pharmacists to join our clinical pharmacy team and support safe, high‑quality patient care across hospital services. This bank contract offers flexibility and autonomy without a permanent rota commitment.
You will deliver clinical pharmacy services on wards, perform medicines reconciliation and clinical screening, optimise therapy with medical teams, support safe discharge, and advise on medicines management while contributing to antimicrobial stewardship.
