Speech Language Pathologist – PRN (as-needed)

Speech Language Pathologist – PRN position on Cedar Falls main campus providing services across outpatient, skilled nursing, and long-term care settings. The role focuses on developing and implementing treatment plans with functional, measurable outcomes.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid license or eligibility for licensure to practice in Iowa
• High level communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effective leadership and customer relationship skills

• Participate directly in evaluation, care plan development, and delivery of treatment interventions for swallowing disorders, dysphagia, and communication disorders.
• Provide direct patient care primarily to adult and geriatric patients.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine requirements for skilled speech therapy intervention relative to patient’s prior level of function.
