Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and related services to residents according to individualized care plans. The role reports to the Healthcare Coordinator and requires CPR within 90 days. Certification as a Nurse’s Aide is preferred but not required.
The Resident Assistant will record vital signs, assist with daily living activities, follow ISPs, and participate in trainings. A strong collaborative attitude and HIPAA adherence are essential.
