Assists patients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provides, monitors, and records therapy services to patients/residents/clients with impairments;
Selects and modifies therapeutic activities consistent with goals and licensure requirements;
Communicates patient responses and progress to the occupational therapist with documentation;
Adheres to clinical practice guidelines and may work in post-acute, long-term care, or outpatient settings
