Marshfield Clinic - 202 Central Avenue - Responsibilities:
Assist patients/residents/clients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provide, monitor, and record therapy services to patients/residents/clients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments;
Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions in line with competency, goals, and practice setting;
Exchange information with and provide documentation to the occupational therapist about patient responses and progress;
Follow and adhere to clinical practice guidelines and perform other related duties as requested
