Position Summary As a Universal Colleague / Medication Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of Assisted Living residents. This position offers a variety of responsibilities including resident care, dietary support, housekeeping, and medication management.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team dedicated to creating a positive living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities Kitchen & Dietary Support Serve meals to residents in a courteous and respectful manner

Clear tables and assist with dining room cleanup

Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness after meals

Support dietary services as needed

Resident Care Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence

Escort residents to activities, appointments, and special events

Provide companionship and support while encouraging engagement

Housekeeping

Perform light housekeeping duties and cleaning tasks as needed

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

Medication Management Assist with medication management responsibilities as permitted

Complete Medication Manager certification if not already certified

Follow medication administration policies and procedures to ensure resident safety

Qualifications

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to complete Medication Manager certification if not currently certified

Previous experience in healthcare, assisted living, customer service, or caregiving preferred, but not required

Medication Manager Certification Certification preferred but not required

Training and certification opportunities are available during employment
