The Clinic Patient Access Representative greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information. The Patient Access Representative will work as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patients. Other general office duties are also required.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Post high school secretarial training, medical or computer training preferred.
Job Schedule:Full-time: 32-40 hours/week. Schedule varies by location and shift, with starting hours between 6:30 a.m.
- 8:30 a.m and ending hours between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position also includes a Saturday rotation (approximately four Saturdays per year) from 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
