Our Patient Experience Specialists are the voice of the clinic. You are often the first—and most important—connection our patients have with James Clinic. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love educating people, and can juggle multiple systems without missing a beat, keep reading.

This is a remote/hybrid position supporting our clinics by answering all incoming calls and educating current and prospective patients on the full scope of James Clinic services. You'll also have the opportunity to join our Patient Engagement Team to earn even more!

The pace is fast. The expectations are high. You’ll be multitasking across multiple platforms while delivering calm, confident, exceptional customer service.

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Educate patients and potential patients on James Clinic services and programs
• Schedule appointments across providers and locations
• Order supplements and assist with patient requests
• Download and distribute lab reports
• Update patient charts and documentation in our EMR
• Respond to patient messages and letters through the EMR
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously without losing accuracy

Monday-Friday: 8-5

We offer flexibility in scheduling, but consistent attendance is non-negotiable.

This role is intentionally demanding. It is not a fit if you need:

• a slow pace or low call volume
• rigid scripts and step-by-step instructions
• constant supervision or micromanagement
• one system open at a time

• Strong phone experience (required)
• Medical and EMR experience (required to be successful)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
• Comfort working independently without constant supervision
• Reliability and consistency - attendance matters here
