Retail Staff Pharmacist - Pocahontas, Iowa

A 13+ week contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to provide specialized pharmacy services in Pocahontas, IA. This role involves working in a specialty pharmacy setting focused on long-term care, ensuring optimal medication management and patient safety.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Some weekends may be required

• Dispense and manage medications in a specialty pharmacy environment
• Perform long-term care pharmacist duties including medication reviews and patient counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards

• Valid Iowa Pharmacist License or Iowa Temporary License
• Immunization Certification is preferred
• CPR Certification is a plus
• Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management
