CASE MANAGER

Hines Associates, a distinguished financial advisory firm that specializes in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in coordinating comprehensive care plans for clients within healthcare organizations undergoing financial restructuring and strategic transformation. Our Case Manager will act as a liaison among patients, healthcare providers, and other necessary parties, ensuring that both the fiscal and health-related needs of patients are met efficiently and empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and establish detailed care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Regularly evaluate and update patient plans based on medical and financial assessments.
• Facilitate communications and necessary negotiations between patients' families, healthcare facilities, and financial stakeholders.
