Activité Parkinson
Vous assurez la prise en charge des patients nécessitant une perfusion à domicile. Vous êtes le lien entre le patient et le centre hospitalier prescripteur. Vous avez en charge :
- La coordination des différents intervenants : équipe hospitalière, patient et sa famille, infirmier libéral, pharmacie...
- La livraison à domicile du matériel médical nécessaire au traitement
- La formation de l’infirmier libéral sur ce matériel
- Le suivi (tolérance, efficacité du traitement) par des visites régulières à domicile et la rédaction de compte-rendu au médecin prescripteur
- La gestion administrative du dossier patient
- La désinfection du matériel
Vous avez un véhicule de société (2places) pour vos déplacements quotidiens sur tout le département, un ordinateur portable et un téléphone de fonction.
Vous êtes amené à assurer des astreintes médico-techniques.
Salaire selon expérience + astreintes + paniers repas
