Universal Worker

Overview

PRN (on-call) Universal Worker role in a Skilled Nursing/independent & assisted living setting. This position is for Afton Oaks Independent & Assisted Living Apartments. Colonial Manor of Elma is also seeking to invest in a Universal Worker with opportunities to advance your career.

• Provide superior customer service and care to tenants; ensure apartments and building are presentable with light housekeeping, laundry, and assist dietary with meals.
• Provide personal care to tenants in accordance with tenant service plans. If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), provide health-related cares as assigned.

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
