Location: Sac City

PAMHC is seeking a full-time Psychotherapist to join our team at our Sac City location. This role is a hybrid format with in-person and up to two remote telehealth days once telehealth case load can be supported. Hours are negotiable, 40 hours a week is preferred, but full-time benefits will be available at 30 hours a week.

Pay Range:

Temporary Licensed - $50,000 to $70,000 base salary (30-40 hours per week) depending on experience. $5,000 increase for obtaining full licensure.

Fully Licensed - $60,000 to $80,000 base salary (30-40 hours per week) depending on experience.

Position Summary

Meet with children and adults to assess needs, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Provide outpatient therapy and brief counseling for children, teens, and adults. Offer case, program, and community consultation, and respond to emergencies when needed. Participate in team reviews to support clear communication, coordinated care, and better client outcomes. Work with internal Case Managers to connect clients with Psychiatric, Community Support, Habilitation, Peer Support, and other appropriate services.

Complete documentation according to Center standards. Participate in the required on-call rotation, with additional pay for on-call work.

Requirements
  • MA/MS/MSW or Similar Professional Degree from Accredited Program
  • LMHC, LISW, LMFT, or Temporary Licensure tLMHC, tLMFT, LMSW
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
