• Hours: 9am - 5pm. Every other weekend / Every other holiday rotation required.
• Offers direction and guidance to the Life Enrichment team by providing daily objectives and scheduling team assignments.
• Educates and trains new employees and current staff
• Collaborates and communicates with staff, co-workers, and Life Enrichment Manager regarding schedule and planned activities
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating all recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with facility policy, the resident’s care plan, and as directed by supervisors.
• Actively invite, remind, and encourages all residents in the building to attend the activity, as applicable and appropriate.

• Every other weekend rotation
• Every other holiday rotation
