AA Inc. is seeking an AM Shift Supervisor to oversee residents and staff in the morning shift. You will supervise direct care staff and the cook/housekeeper, maintain medical appointment calendars, and coordinate transportation for appointments.
You will advocate for residents during appointments, review medical findings and prescriptions, and ensure proper communication of medical needs to the Residence Manager and Nursing staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
