Hillcrest Health Care Center in Hawarden, IA, seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. The OT will screen and treat patients with cognitive and ADL impairments, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with the care team to promote recovery and independence.
Qualifications include licensure as an Occupational Therapist. We value a supportive, team-based environment and opportunities to contribute to geriatric rehabilitation within a post-acute setting.
