Private eye care practice seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a fast-paced front office role. Paid training provided. No weekends. This role is central to creating a smooth, welcoming patient experience from check-in to follow-up scheduling.

• Greet and check in/out patients in a professional, friendly manner
• Schedule and manage appointments in an optometry clinic setting
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Verify insurance and support basic administrative workflows
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

• Naturally slow down to listen and help patients understand their care
• Stay calm and organized in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and teammates
• Step in to help the team when things get busy
