Location: Oelwein
Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and support to residents per individualized care plans. Certification as a Nurse’s Aide is preferred but not required.
You will work under the Healthcare Coordinator, perform routine caregiving tasks, monitor residents, and support activities and safety in a compassionate environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adherence to HIPAA, and participation in trainings.
