Location: Waukon
Triage Staffing is seeking a COTA in Waukon, IA, working 40 hours per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a 13‑week assignment at a 50-bed skilled nursing facility. The weekly gross pay is $1,191, with the opportunity for ongoing placement per availability. Immediate start date available for qualified candidates.
Applicants should have an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy, have passed NBCOT, and be eligible and willing to apply for state licensure. BLS/CPR is required.
