Certified Medication Aide; CMA)

Stone Cottage Care Center in Urbandale, IA, is seeking a
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and medication administration services to our residents while ensuring compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations.

• PRN

• Safely prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed.
• Monitor residents for any changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while providing compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and ensure compliance with all state and facility regulations.
• Support nursing staff with additional tasks to promote high-quality resident care.

• Completion of a state-approved
  Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program
• Successful completion of a
  Certified Medication Aide (CMA) course per state requirements
