As a Financial Counseling Representative
, you will be a trusted guide for patients navigating insurance coverage, financial responsibility, and payment solutions.

• Provide exceptional financial counseling support by helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs

• Meet with patients to discuss payment options and financialassistanceprograms

• Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits clearly

• Assist with Medicaid and financialassistanceapplications

• Build trust with patients during stressful financial situations

• Collaborate with care teams and revenue cycle departments

• Maintainaccuratedocumentation across multiple systems

• Exceptional customer service experience,communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrates genuine compassion, empathy, and patience when supporting the patients,clients and team members

• Ability to explain financial and insurance concepts clearly

• Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly with HIGH attention to detail

• Professionalism with sensitive financial conversations

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience in healthcare financial counseling and revenue cycle

• Exposure to insurance/Medicaid and detailed Intakes

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $18.59 - $25.44 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
