• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient front-office environment
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for clinical and administrative staff
• Handle patient intake, records management, and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Coordinate billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable processes
• Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and performance oversight
• Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, referrals, and communications

• 2+ years of office management experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting
• Familiarity with medical billing, insurance processes, and EMR/EHR systems
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, professional demeanor
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
