Description

Our Clinic Administrators play a vital role in advancing the mission of PACHS by providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and administrative direction for our clinic services. As a Clinic Administrator, you will serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, partnering with providers, clinical staff, and organizational leaders to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and the efficient operation of clinic services.

You will oversee daily clinic operations while helping drive growth, quality, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across outpatient services.

In this role, you will provide leadership for physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic staff, patient access teams, and scheduling functions. Responsibilities include overseeing clinic and registration operations, coordinating provider schedules and call coverage, supporting provider recruitment and onboarding, and fostering an environment focused on patient satisfaction and employee engagement. You will continually assess clinic workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, implement operational efficiencies, and support initiatives that enhance patient access and quality outcomes.

Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Rural Health Clinic requirements and applicable state and federal regulations, and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational goals. You will review operational and financial reports, approve invoices, support provider evaluations, and align departmental resources to achieve key performance objectives. You will also serve as a resource for providers and staff regarding clinic systems, technology, and operational processes while helping lead change initiatives throughout the organization.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Candidates must possess the ability to effectively lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain productive partnerships with providers, clinical staff, patients, and community stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates should have at least three to five years of progressive supervisory experience in a rural health clinic or healthcare setting, along with a demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and lead high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of healthcare operations, medical terminology, regulatory requirements, documentation standards, quality improvement principles, and clinic workflow management. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A commitment to service excellence, patient-centered care, and continuous organizational improvement is essential.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for relocation assistance and bonus incentives.

These programs are designed to support your transition and reward your commitment to leadership excellence and advancing exceptional patient care.
