Position Responsibilities

As a BCBA at ABCS, you will:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyze client progress and adjust programming
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
Maintain clinical documentation
Help children build communication, independence, and life skills

Qualifications

Current BCBA Certification
Nevada Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility)
Completion of BACB-required 8-hour Supervision Training
ABA experience preferred
