We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to work morning and/or afternoon shifts (paid drive time), providing consistent, high-quality care in a home setting. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Talk with the interviewer about what credentials you have and hours you are available to work - looking to start within a week of applying!

• Help individuals live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes
• Deliver compassionate, personalized care that promotes dignity and well-being

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required for all roles)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn on the job and the specific needs of the individual served

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks
• Transportation to appointments and community activities
• Medication reminders (online training on systems provided)
• Documentation of services provided
• Encouraging independence and supporting client goals
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout shifts
