** Help shape the clinical experiences that prepare tomorrow's physicians.

As the Advanced Phase Coordinator, you'll be at the center of the College of Medicine's clinical education program, connecting students, faculty, and healthcare partners to create meaningful learning experiences across a variety of clinical settings. This role combines relationship-building, project coordination, and problem-solving as you support medical students through some of the most important stages of their training. ** What You’ll Do and Why You’ll Love This Role:
*** Help coordinate clinical rotations that give medical students the hands-on experiences needed to prepare for residency and future practice.
* Build partnerships with faculty, healthcare providers, and clinical sites to support exceptional educational experiences across diverse healthcare settings.
* Serve as a trusted resource for students as they navigate clinical training, helping solve problems and ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.
* Take ownership of complex scheduling, onboarding, and program coordination efforts that keep a dynamic clinical education program running smoothly.
* Collaborate with academic and medical education leaders to advance curriculum delivery, student assessment, and program quality initiatives.
* Use data and reporting to support accreditation efforts, inform decision-making, and contribute to the continuous growth of a new and innovative medical school.
* Be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to developing compassionate, competent physicians who will improve healthcare in their communities.  
** What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):
*** Bachelor's degree
* Master’s degree, preferred
* Two (2 years) related administrative or academic experience
