Treatment Program Administrator

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of State-Operated Specialty Care, Bureau of Woodward Resource Center (WRC) is seeking a Treatment Program Administrator to join our team! This is a full-time position with a non-fixed, variable schedule.

• Supervision:
  Directly and indirectly supervise employees including ensuring that all probationary and yearly evaluations of job performance are completed within deadlines, assigning work duties and train as needed, confirming that attendance is tracked, and ensuring that collective bargaining agreements are followed. Recommend or initiate personnel actions related to performance, absences, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.

  Collaboration:
  
  Ensure staff receive competency-based training on member Comprehensive Plans, programs and support, medications/treatments, and general job expectations. Maintain close contact with staff to measure and improve quality of services, implement quality initiatives, and assess outcomes and the efficacy of quality efforts.
• Ethical Conduct:
  Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all aspects of your work, serving as a role model for our team members.
• Initiative and Commitment:
  Organize and direct daily business so that services operate in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Collaboration:
  
  Troubleshoot with members' parents/guardians, community social workers, case managers, and other community personnel as needed to ensure continuity of the program.

• Knowledge:
  Understand community service organizations and how their resources may be coordinated with the needs of the institution. Adhere to all Federal, State, HHS, and WRC regulations, policies, and procedures covering HCBS Waiver.
• Assessment and Implementation:
  Read, understand, and implement detailed written and/or oral instructions, policies, methods, and procedures.
• Relationship Building:
  Work as liaison between parents, guardians, families, Case Mangers, and the IDT. Build, foster, and maintain partnerships at a variety of levels.
• Instructional Design:
  Teach, instruct, and lead in the implementation of various therapeutic procedures and practices.
