This role involves providing exceptional physical therapy services aimed at helping residents restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate residents’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
- Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents’ care plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current Physical Therapist licensure.
- 1 year of experience.
- Experience in a SNF or geriatric care setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.
- 36-hour guarantee
- Start Date:
ASAP - Contract duration: 13+ weeks can be extended
