RN PRN

Azria Health Clarinda is committed to providing exceptional care and service to our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to join our team. As a PRN RN at Azria Health Clarinda, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our seniors, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

As a PRN RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to our residents, focusing on their unique needs, preferences, and goals. You will work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, and be responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident care. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our clinical team, families, and residents to provide coordinated care and support.

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident care

• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

• Demonstrate a commitment to Azria Health Clarinda's values of compassion, respect, and integrity

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa

• BLS/CPR Certification

• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Point Click Care experience is a plus

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
