As a Registered Nurse at Azria Health Clarinda, you will be an integral part of our long-term care team. Our LTC Nurses are the heart of our organization, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. With a focus on restorative care, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that promote health, well-being, and independence.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing assistance with daily living activities
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to our residents and their families
• Document resident care and progress in our electronic medical record system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to enhance professional growth and development

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Point Click Care experience is a plus

• $10,000 Sign on Bonus, 2-year payout
